Fujimi Clinic is an individually-operated clinic and is not subject to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Director-General’s notification on fee caps for inbound foreign patient care at social medical corporations. However, we voluntarily apply its principles in setting our fees.

Our fees take into account considerations specific to caring for international patients — including awareness of infectious disease patterns and medical practices in the patient’s home country or recent countries of residence, and the provision of an English-language medical report for the patient’s own use (for example, submission to their insurer at their own discretion; the Clinic does not coordinate directly with insurance companies). With tax included, our fees are set at approximately 1.5 times the rate of a regular walk-in visit at this Clinic, consistent across clinic visits and house calls.

We use simple, fixed pricing rather than an insurance-style itemized fee schedule, to keep costs clear and predictable for patients unfamiliar with the Japanese healthcare system.

For online consultations, the ¥12,000 consultation fee includes a medical consultation component (approx. ¥7,000, in line with the above standard) and a pharmacy coordination component (approx. ¥5,000), which covers pharmacy search, medication availability confirmation, prescription fax transmission, and original prescription mailing to the patient.

ふじみクリニックは個人開設の診療所であり、厚生労働省医政局長通知（社会医療法人等が行う訪日外国人患者の自由診療に係る診療費の上限について）の対象法人ではありません。ただし、当院は同通知の趣旨に準じて診療価格を設定しています。

当院の料金には、外国人患者の診療に特有の配慮事項を反映しています。具体的には、受診者の出身国や直近の滞在国における感染症の流行状況・診療の慣例への配慮、および英語による医療レポートの提供（患者ご自身の判断で保険会社等に提出いただくための文書であり、当院が保険会社と直接調整を行うものではありません）が含まれます。消費税を含めた料金は、当院に通常どおり予約のうえ来院した場合（Walk-in）のおおよそ1.5倍に設定しており、クリニック受診・往診ともに同様の水準です。

保険診療のような細かな項目別の料金体系ではなく、シンプルな固定額制を採用しています。これは日本の医療制度に不慣れな患者様にとって、料金をわかりやすく予測可能にするためです。

オンライン診療の診察料 ¥12,000 には、診察そのものの対価（約¥7,000、上記の水準に準拠）と、薬局コーディネーション対応の対価（約¥5,000）が含まれます。薬局コーディネーションには、薬局の検索、薬剤の在庫確認、処方箋のFAX送付、処方箋原本の郵送が含まれます。
