Cancel from My Page before the deadline for each service. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

📋 If we change your appointment
If the clinic reschedules or changes your appointment time, you may cancel for a full refund even after the standard cancellation deadline.
Refund timing. Refunds are processed immediately on cancellation. Your card issuer may take several business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
How to cancel. Sign in to My Page and select the appointment to cancel. After the deadline has passed, contact us at
support@tokyo-traveler-medical.com.
